- Add some flavour to your water with fruit. Strawberries, cucumbers or lemon are all great options for adding some zest to your drink.
- Purchase a reusable water bottle. You can even set goals for yourself to drink several bottles each day.
- Do it for your kids. Instead of reaching for a juice or soda, choose water to set a good example for future generations.
