Dr Alok Mehta
Alok graduated from The University of Western Australia has been practicing dentistry full time in private practice since then. Alok is passionate about all aspects of general dentistry and enjoys being able to provide quality treatment and care to patients in a comfortable, relaxed and caring environment. He believes in continuing his education and recently completed an Implant Accreditation Course in Sydney held by the ASID (Australian Society of Implant Dentistry), and attends regular lectures and study club sessions to keep up to date with new techniques and procedures. In 2011, Alok took part in a volunteer dental trip to Vietnam, where he treated children living in orphanages. He does ongoing volunteering at the Heart Foundation of Western Australia and also participated in a Dental Rescue Day in October 2014, treating the underprivileged in our society. Alok is committed to helping those in need and hopes to be able to volunteer for similar causes on a regular basis. Alok was born and brought up in sunny Perth. When not working he likes to keep fit by running, working out at the gym, and spending time near the water. He also loves to travel and is all about spending quality time with his friends and family.
Dr Bernadette Pilkington
Bernadette has over 30 years’ of experience as a Dentist with the majority in this location (being the 2nd generation dentist in this premise).
There is a strong element of professionalism and ethics in the way Bernadette conducts herself as a Dental Practitioner. She is well respected by both professional colleagues and clients. Having operated her practice for 36 years in its present location, she takes pride in treating 3rd and 4th generations of the same families within the area. She has a strong sense of the importance of preparation and diligence in her ability to perform at a high level.
She enjoys the combination of art and science that dentistry requires, as well as the ability to interact with all different types of people. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf as frequently as possible as well as babysitting her granddaughter.
Dr Claudia Lie
Dr Claudia Lie is a caring, friendly and enthusiastic dentist who enjoys interacting with her patients and making what can be a scary visit, an easier and more comfortable process. Graduating from UWA in 2011 with a Bachelor in Dental Science, Claudia is passionate about dentistry and enjoys working on restorative dentistry, but also places importance on prevention and working with children. Outside of the practice she is passionate about food; cooking and eating alike! And is an avid reader. She can also speak Indonesian and understand some Chinese.
Her patients always leave with a smile on their face and describe her as gentle and easy going.
Dr Jennifer Lee
Jennifer graduated from the University of WA with a Bachelor of Dental Science and has been practising dentistry for over 26 years. She believes in providing optimal dental care in a caring, friendly environment. Jenny keeps abreast with dental education and is always sharpening her skills and imparting her dental knowledge onto her patients, while giving them the best care possible. Jenny loves working with young families and ensuring dental health is learnt from a young age. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors with a keen interest in cycling, hiking and travelling. She speaks English and some Mandarin.
Jennifer’s patients describe her as approachable, friendly and committed.
Dr Jonathan Ng
Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia and has been in private practice ever since. He always has a smile on his face and you can be guaranteed he’ll have a joke to make you smile too. While he’s always the joker, he does take dentistry very seriously and is passionate about helping patients better improve their dental knowledge and understanding whilst ensuring their teeth are maintained well. In his spare time Jonathan has a passion for food and is a big fan of finding great hawker restaurants. His patients describe him as genuine and gentle.
Dr Natania Ong
Natania first became interested in pursuing a career as a dentist when she served on a volunteer medical mission to Cambodia. She later graduated from the University of Western Australia and has now served on various dental mission trips to underprivileged communities. Having grown up in Perth’s southern suburbs, Natania is committed to giving back to her local community by providing her patients with the same high quality dental care that she would expect to receive herself. Natania strives to provide her patients with a non-threatening, caring and friendly environment and enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds. She believes in spending the time required to listen to and address patient concerns in order to work towards the best possible outcome for her patients. Outside of work, Natania enjoys baking, travelling, spending time with friends and family and is an avid supporter of the AFL. Natania is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Dr Viviane Nguyen
Dr Viviane Nguyen is a general dentist who graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2015. Originally from Perth, after graduation, Viviane spent 3 years in private practice in Singapore where she worked closely with specialists tending to the dental needs and concerns for a primarily geriatric community. Viviane returned to Perth in 2018 to join Allied Dental to practice where her heart and home are. Her treatment philosophy is to provide care, comfort and confidence for all her patients. Her focus is towards general family dentistry providing all aspects of restorative care with a broad focus on prevention of disease through rehabilitation, conservation and education. To ensure that our patient’s are provided by the best level of care, Viviane regularly attends continual education courses and training to allow us to incorporate the latest dental techniques and technology into everyday practice.
In her spare time Viviane enjoys keeping active while fattening up her friends and family with concoctions from her kitchen and latest diving catch.
Dr Matthew Yoon
Matthew graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2012 and prides himself on making patients feel welcome and relaxed. He likes to listen and understand your needs and is eager to work with you to resolve your concerns.
Matthew enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a special interest in implants and wisdom tooth surgery. His primary aim is providing care of patients beyond resolving presenting concerns and more into preventative dentistry.
Outside of work, Matthew is a self confessed golf addict and spends most of his spare time at the local golf club.
His patients describe him as calm, friendly and a perfectionist.
Dr Yeshani Chandraweera
Yeshani graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2011 and prides herself on getting to know her patients and developing long lasting rapport. Yeshani hopes that she encourages patients not to dread and avoid the dentist & instead tries to make them laugh.
She likes to keep up to date on what’s happening in the dental industry and continues CPD development on an ongoing basis. She also participates & volunteers her time in providing dental care for homeless members of Perth community.
Outside of work, Yeshani likes to get out and about on her bike, travelling/exploring and eating all things that are naughty and delicious!
Dr Ashwati Ravindran
Ashwati graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2018 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. She enjoys getting to know her patients, listening to them and going that extra mile to make sure her patients feel comfortable and relaxed.
Ashwati enjoys all aspects of dentistry particularly family dentistry and endodontics. She regularly attends continual professional development courses which ensures she is up to date and able to provide nothing but the best care for her patients.
Ashwati’s friends would describe her as a foodie that scours online for new cafes in Perth. She loves travelling and immersing herself by learning new languages and exploring different cultures.
