Mwelwa Kalembo Kaweme

Mwelwa graduated from Curtin University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Oral Health Therapy. She has since gained extensive experience in both hygiene and therapy roles across general and orthodontic practices throughout Perth.

Her professional interests include preventative dentistry and periodontal care, with a particular commitment to supporting patients with special needs in a general dental environment. Mwelwa is also an active advocate for individuals living with sickle cell disease, promoting improved education and awareness of its management within emergency medicine.

Outside of her clinical work, Mwelwa is a devoted wife and mother. She enjoys interior design, home organisation, and creating thoughtful, functional spaces.
