Truc Luu

Truc Luu is an experienced Oral Health Therapist who graduated in 2008 and has worked across both metropolitan and regional Western Australia for more than 15 years. After beginning her career in the Goldfields, she recently returned to Perth to be closer to family and raise her two daughters.

Truc holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Oral Health Therapy and an Associate Degree in Dental Therapy from Curtin University, along with an Adult Scope Extension qualification from the University of Sydney.

Known for her gentle and caring nature, Truc is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health journey. She has particular interests in gum disease prevention and management, children’s dentistry, and caring for anxious patients.

Truc also spent five years tutoring undergraduate Oral Health Therapy students at Curtin University, mentoring future clinicians and sharing her passion for patient-centred care. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, she enjoys caring for patients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Outside of work, Truc enjoys spending time with her young family, cooking, going to the football, exploring new restaurants, and staying active through Pilates.
